We Love Football and Fico, a winning combination

Great success with the public for the event linked to the youth soccer tournament staged in the Arena Theater of the Bologna agro-food park. A touching moment when Monsignor Matteo Maria Zuppi washed the feet of some Brazilian guys from Palmeiras and Flamengo who participated in “We Love Football”

Holy Thursday is the traditional day of the washing of the feet. Tonight in the beautiful setting of Fico, the largest agri-food park in the world, different ingredients were mixed, but of great impact. The result is a beautiful moment that will be remembered by everyone for simplicity, sharing and joy. Religion with the presence of the cardinal of Bologna Matteo Maria Zuppi. The maximum expression of the city, the Bologna Fc, represented by the managing director rossoblù Claudio Fenucci and his captain, the goalkeeper Antonio Mirante.

The beauty of a location like Fico, which stands for Fabbrica Italiana Contadina, and the beautiful youth of all the teams taking part in the third edition of “We Love Football”, the international tournament organized by Marco Antonio De Marchi and Stefania Tschantret, president of Oblivion Production. The evening, wisely conducted by the face of Sky and E’Tv Rete 7 Sabrina Orlandi, kidnapped those present. On stage, Marco De Marchi, Stefania Tschantret, Claudio Fenucci, Antonio Mirante and the protagonists of this 2018 event passed one after the other.

Moment of particular suggestion when Monsignor Matteo Maria Zuppi washed the feet of some Brazilian guys from Palmeiras and Flamengo who participated in “We Love Football”. A simple gesture, but that ideally has joined the eight nations that this year are fighting on the football fields of Monte San Pietro, Bologna and Castenaso. The spirit of “We Love Football” is to compete, but above all to create a link, a connection and an exchange of humanity and sport among the guys who come from all over the world to compete for a trophy. Sport yes, but in the name of friendship and respect.

The ball has once again united different peoples, in a suggestive location like Fico. The structure created by Oscar Farinetti opened its doors in November, but it is already a popular and envied destination all over the world. The ideal place to celebrate all together in the name of football. A gala, tonight, which has broadcast beautiful messages.

Italy by De Marchi VS Andersson’s Sweden

The Viking comes from distant Sweden … and comes to us because its “icy” heart of the North, finds the right warmth to melt and show itself in all its most “hot” forms possible …. Meta undisputed, our beloved Bologna.
He says about him De Marchi Marco Antonio :
With the Vikingo from the heart of gold I spent many years ago unforgettable moments thanks to which it was possible to build a solid and indestructible friendship. And it is thanks to this reason that, despite the streets have been divided for a long time, when you see it, it is as if that time had never passed.
Having had it back among us, has allowed me to go back into the past but at the same time to enjoy the present, in his company…on the streets of Bologna where even the walls of the historic palaces, as we passed by, turned and greeted the Great Kennet …
We have many things in common but one in particular: that of being “foreign” in this city, you of Gothenburg, I of Milan. But with the certainty and the awareness of having been “adopted” by the most beautiful city in the world.
So, even for you I cry: “Thanks Bologna”, our heart Rossoblu, beats for you !!!

Come on Sweden at the World Cup!

The redemption of Bologna FC in Group A with Lokomotiv Zagreb, Inter and Everton

Bologna, needless to say, is the landlady. Third year for rossoblù at the International Under 15 We Love Football Tournament.

At Casteldebole there is always great ambition to want to do well in this sporting event and above all there is great desire to confront different realities and thoughts of interpreting the football school totally different.
We would also like to do better in this edition compared to previous years, where Bologna never went beyond the groups: in the 2016 edition the rossoblù did not pass group A with Inter, Lokomotiv Zagreb and Atletico Madrid. Last year they left the tournament after the first matches in Group C with Juventus, Zenit and Everton.

This year, redemption goal in Group A with Lokomotiv Zagreb, Inter and Everton.

Good luck guys!

We are ready to start, we are waiting for you from March 28th to April 2nd in Bologna!

Among the 2018 novelties of “We Love Football” there is also the Montreal Impact

Among the 2018 novelties of “We Love Football” there is also the Montreal Impact.

The Canadian club lands for the first time under the Two Towers with its under 15 training in the hope of qualifying and crossing the Bologna in what would be a tantalizing derby: both companies, in fact, are owned by Joey Saputo, the man that in recent years has raised the fate of rossoblù.

At home, its Montreal Impact is now a consolidated reality. Since December 1992 – the year of its foundation – to date, the first Nerazzurri team has won an American Professional Soccer League (APSL), two second division championships and three Canadian Championships. As for the youth sector, in 2010 the Impact de Montréal founded its own Académie, whose teams train in the structures of the first team: the “Stade Saputo” and the “Caserne Létourneux”.

The debut at the international tournament under 15 “We Love Football” will see the Impact engaged in group D with Sampdoria, Ajax and Atalanta.

Bonne chance Montreal!

“We Love Football” turns pink with the women’s tournament

The third edition of the international tournament under 15, scheduled from March 28 to April 2, is enriched with a new all-Italian chapter: eight women’s youth teams will compete to contend for the title. And the “concentrated” formula of the competition promises show.

Eight female teams, all Italian, fighting for the title. This is one of the big news for the 2018 edition of “We Love Football”, an international youth tournament under 15 which returns to Bologna from 28 March to 2 April. The sporting event created by the former rossoblù flag Marco De Marchi, now at the third turning point, has in fact been enriched with a large number of “pink odds”, passing from the last three teams to last year’s eight-year tournament. ‘year. In addition to the 16 male professional formations arrived from all over the world (eight nations involved with the participation of some of the most prestigious international clubs), there will therefore be a large group of girls ready to fight on the field to show off their qualities and their great passion for football.

The women’s tournament, unlike the male one that will develop over six days during the Easter week, provides a “concentrated” formula that promises show. On March 29, starting at 12.00, the millennials of Bologna, Cesena, Inter, Rome, Udinese, Venezia Women and Verona will compete on the artificial grass pitches of the “Enrico Filippetti” sports center in Zola Predosa, giving life to twelve exciting matches . Divided into two groups of four, each team will play three races within a few hours: the first classified of each group will earn the pass for the final, scheduled for April 2 (at 9.30) at the “Renato Dall’Ara”. An award for these small champions of the future, who will probably be able to taste for the first time the emotion of playing in a real stadium.

Defending the 2017 title will be Bologna, once again led by Daniela Tavalazzi. But the task of the rossoblù, who last year dominated the triangular with Cesena and Sassuolo ending unbeaten with 20 goals scored and just 1 immediately, is anything but simple. “We Love football is a great opportunity – explains Daniela Tavalazzi, head of the Bologna women’s sector – because it allows our girls to show their worth in front of an international audience. Furthermore, playing in Bologna by representing the colors of my city is an extra stimulus, as is the fact that this year the tournament includes eight teams. Who knows, maybe in 2019 will also be Barcelona and Real Madrid, it would be nice to be able to compare with high-level world realities. We, however, this year we will try to say our own, it being understood that the objectives, in the youth field, are the growth and the formation of the girls “.
